This 6th February is going to be a game-changer for many teenagers as the ICSE Class 12 Board Exams begin this day in 2017. All the hard work and preparation is going to culminate into answering the questions well, in an appropriate manner and maintaining the timeliness.
If you are looking for some last minute things to prep up well, here are some quick suggestions:
1. Know your syllabus – Make sure you run through the entire syllabus and not leave out anything. What is important or not cannot be assessed, so make sure you cover all. The best way to do that would be to go through previous years papers and make a note of what has been asked before.
2. Solve as many questions – Take your revision more seriously than starting new topics in last minute. Ensure that as you progress to new topics, you keep revising what’s been learned before so there is no last minute panic. In case you are not sure how to practice, you can begin by exploring our free resource section.
3. Get the basics right – If you have understood the basics of each subject, you would go ahead and do well. But if you wish to brush up your basics at last minute then do so, as that would provide you answers to many more questions in the same subject.
4. Focus on your strengths and weaknesses – Analyse what your strengths and weaknesses are. Then work harder on the strengths to ensure they are well taken care of. Since you would take less time in working on your strong points, spend a considerable time looking into the weak areas of your studies. With focused attention and some expert tutoring, you would be right on track.
